The statement expressed Kuwait's efforts to promote the implementation of the 1995 Middle East resolution and the 2010 Action Plan to establish a WMDFZ. The statement assigned blame to the depository states and Israel for the indefinite postponement of the 2012 conference it does not exclude any country of the region and does not aim to isolate them.
