The Group emphasises the importance of the implementation of the 1995 Middle East Resolution on the establishment of the ME WMDFZ. The Group acknowledged the success of the UNGA-mandated conferences held in 2019 and 2021 and called for Israel to join the NPPT as non-nuclear weapon state promptly.
