Letter from LAS and the Senior Officials Committee (SOC) to Laajava Reiterating the Arab Criteria for the Consultations.

This letter by LAS Wael Al Assad and SOC Chair Amb Hisham Badr reaffirms position of the LAS on the implementation of the 2010 Action Plan and the 1995 Resolution on the Middle East. Al Assad and Badr criticised that there was no clear indication that the Arab criteria for the preparatory consultations were being considered. The LAS further reiterated the urgency of holding the 2012 conference as soon as possible.
