This final document was issued at the conclusion of the 2003 Non-Aligned Movement leader's summit in Kuala Lumpur. In paragraph 81, the NAM heads of government reiterate their support for the establishment of a Middle East WMD Free Zone, and called on all states to take urgent and practical steps in support of the zone.
