LAS Senior Officials Committee response to the Facilitator's November 2013 proposal in "Sandra's List"

The Arab states had informed the facilitator that they would discuss the paper that was circulated in Glion in November 2013 during the next LAS Senior Officials Committee (SOC) meeting. Most notably, the SOC response objected to language on regional security issues to be in the agenda, as well as requesting the co-convener to "fix and declare" a date for holding the postponed 2012 ME WMDFZ conference.
