Facilitator's letter to the Israeli MFA regarding preparations for the informal consultations on holding the postposed conference on the establishment of a Middle East zone free of nuclear weapons and all other weapons of mass destruction

In his letter, the facilitator, Jaakko Laajava, extended an invitation to the Deputy Director General for Strategic Affairs at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jeremy Issacharoff, to meet with him in Vienna on 16 August 2013 to convene a meeting with the co-conveners to prepare for consultations to commence in Geneva on 2-3 Sept 2013. The first of these consultations was ultimately held in Glion in Oct 2013.
