UNDC report on guidelines for the establishment of NWFZs

The UNDC Report recommended a set of principles and guidelines for NWFZ, which included, inter alia, that their establishment should be on the basis of arrangements freely arrived at, emanating exclusively from states within the region concerned, and that a NWFZ should not prevent the use of nuclear science and technology for peaceful purposes.
