League of Arab States Council summit decision describes the 2012 ME WMDFZ conference as a crossroads

In resolution 557, the LAS Council welcomed the steps taken in preparation for the 2012 ME WMDFZ conference, the efforts by the facilitator to consult with the states and warned that if the conference were to fail the Arab states would have to take other measures to ensure their security.
