Israel submits a non-paper on regional dialogue in the Middle East at the 2015 NPT RevCon

Israel participated in the 2015 NPT RevCon as an observer and submitted a non-paper stressing the importance for direct dialogue in the region, trust and confidence-building measures and the need to include in the agenda of the conference a broad range of regional security challenges to the ME WMDFZ discussions.
